CSAPS are coming, CSAPS are coming! Testing begins on March 9th. Please help your children be rested, healthy, and present during these key periods. A copy of the testing schedule is listed under the "school messages" tab on the left side of the page.

Please be aware that Superintendent Dr. Bill Patterson will be on medical leave for the next several weeks. During his absence, CCHS Principal Jeff Miller will be acting superintendent.

Please check the PTA tab on the left side of the page. Their current newsletter covers not only PTA news, but also includes many other notices of interest to all families.

A HUGE thank you to all our wonderful parent volunteers and cooks who provided our staff with the outstanding meals during parent/teacher conferences. Please know your generosity and efforts are truly appreciated.

Rocky Mountain PBS - Super School News

King-Murphy's Super School Newsteam, coached by Mary Pat Maroney, and consisting of Sarah Fisher, Morgan Kempf, Sarah Sajbel, CJ Monson, Nic Peterson and Coleson Stodghill taped their newscast on Wednesday, February 10. The newscast will begin airing on Channel 6 beginning Sunday, February 14th. In addition to the TV broadcast, it will also be streamed on the Rocky Mountain PBS website. Kindergarten registration packets for the 2010-2011 school year are available for pickup in the school office. King-Murphy is pleased to again offer free, full-day kindergarten. Out-of-district enrollment is available as space permits. Please contact the office if you have any questions.

Announcements

All parents and visitors please check in at the main office.  You must sign in and wear a visitor badge during your stay in the building. If you wish to become a regular classroom volunteer, you must be fingerprinted.  Please check with the office for a fingerprinting packet.

Red Rocks Community College Survey for Mountain Communities

Clear Creek County, the Clear Creek Economic Development Corporation, the Clear Creek School District, and Red Rocks Community College are collaborating on a survey to determine interest among Clear Creek residents in Red Rocks adult education courses that could be held locally. To complete the survey, click here.

STUDENT PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF - Procedure
A.M.
Students should arrive at the bus stop at least five minutes before the scheduled bus stop time. Students should wait at least 15 minutes beyond the scheduled arrival time should the bus be late due to bad weather or mechanical difficulties.

Bus drivers are not to leave the stop before the scheduled stop time.
