Registration

Welcome to the 18-19 School Year!  We hope you had a wonderful summer.

We apologize for the delay in sending information to our families regarding registration forms and packet.  We have diligently been working on creating 
electronic forms for registration.  Below you will find links to the Student Emergency Card, the Waiver/Permission form and the Transportation Permission Form.  THESE FORMS ARE REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION.  We will also have hard copies available at the school as well as computers available if you would like to fill them out electronically.

These forms will be posted on the schools website under

Parent & Students > Student Information Registration Forms & Handbook

Parents are encouraged to review their Household Information via the Parent/Student Portal and indicate on the Waiver/Permission form that they have completed the review and made any changes.  We understand that not all families have access to the internet and we will make accommodations as necessary at registration.
